What languages do you work with?
We specialize on the translations from English, German, Finnish, Swedish into Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, and Russian. However we are able to provide the translations in the other language combinations too.
How much does a translated page cost?
The translation of a page depends on the language combination, area/difficulty of the translatable text and the urgency of the job. To get the free quote please contact us .
How do you calculate the cost of the project?
Translation costs depend on the language combination, area/difficulty of the translatable text and the urgency of the job. We calculate the costs based on the volume of the text to be translated, i.e. based on the number of words. We use special tool for text analysis and if the text contains a number of repetitions the translation costs decrease.
Does the urgency of the project influence its costs?
Yes, for urgent projects an extra charge in the amount of 30-70% can be applied.
Do you offer discounts?
Sure, we do. Discount rate depends on the project volume and can reach 10-15% of the project sum. In every instance the discount rate is being negotiated separately.

Which formats do you work with?
We accept the materials for the translation in different formats – text files (*.txt, *.doc(x), *.ppt(x), *.xls(x), *.pdf, etc.) and video/audio files too.
How can I pay for the order?
We accept different methods of payment. You can pay either by money transfer to our bank account or via different payment systems – PayPal and Scrill.
How do you ensure the quality of your translations?
In line with our quality procedure, each translation undergoes several stages – translation, editing, a spot/format check and, for documents that go to print, a post-DTP check. In the majority of cases, our translators are native speakers of the target language and reside in the region or country where the target text will be used. Without exception, editing is performed by linguists who are native speakers.
How do you guarantee the confidentiality of the translatable material?
All our vendors have signed the non-disclosure agreement with our company. In some special cases, if the client considers it is not enough, we can agree with the client about the additional protective measures.
What are your requirements to the translators?
Our requirements are as follows:
- professional qualification in translation;
- at least 5 years’ proven professional experience in translation;
- responsibility and accuracy;
- ability to work with CAT tools – Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, etc.

What are your payment terms?
We pay based on the invoice presented by the vendor. Payment terms – 30 days from the invoice receipt date.

We can offer different methods of payment. We can pay you either by money transfer to your bank account or via different payment systems – PayPal and Moneybookers (Scrill).
What information should be present in the invoice?
The invoice should contain the following information:
- full details of the Payer and Beneficiary – name of the company/name, surname of the freelancer, address, tax payer number VAT number, business registration number (if any) or date of birth, etc. Your details can be found in the section “Contacts”.
- date and number of the invoice,
- project number and information about the project (type of service, price, volume, etc.),
- banking details (name and address of the bank, account number (IBAN) and SWIFT) or details necessary for payment via PayPal/Moneybookers (Scrill).
Please issue only one invoice per month. Also please pay special attention to the correct invoice information! Only in this case we can guarantee the timely payment for your services.
